Business Support Officers

What is a Business Support Officer?

A career as a Business Support Officer

BSOs are motivated and proactive, using their organisational skills to the benefit of the team. You don’t need a degree, what’s more important is your potential. If you have good judgement, can work with discretion, thrive in a team, have good communication skills and attention to detail, then you could be exactly who we’re looking for. We’ll provide all the training you need, alongside a buddy scheme and supportive peer network. You will also benefit from extra learning opportunities through our internal academy. We even offer a sponsored degree scheme.

“I’ve worked in operational sections, dealt with foreign contacts, arranged training courses, and tried my hand at finance. The ability to move around has kept me interested for 16 years! It’s an environment where I’m constantly learning.”
